Purpose built Mobile Assessment Units, provide a comprehensive range of Medical Assessments and Screening Services at company locations. This minimises any loss of productivity and associated expense that arise when individuals have to travel to external centres. The services of the Mobile Units can replace or work in conjunction with any existing services provided.
The mobile units provide a consistent clinical standard and environment throughout the UK. All services are provided by Norwich Union’s directly employed Nursing Staff who receive regular training, auditing and appraisal.
All logistic and administrative arrangements are co-ordinated by Norwich Union.
Regulation of the Management and Health and Safety at Work Regulations and regulation 11 of the COSHH Regulations require employers to provide appropriate health surveillance to possible ‘at risk employees’ as identified by the results of risk assessments.
