Classic car insurance - vehicle value

Norwich can provide classic car insurance for vehicles valued up to £50,000 and we offer two cover options to suit your needs, Agreed Value or Non-agreed Value.

Non-agreed Value

This is our standard option. If your classic car is involved in a claim, then our assessors will make a recommendation based on the market value of the car at the time of the incident.

Non-agreed value cover is less suitable for cars which are particularly rare, have a special provenance or are in exceptional condition.

Agreed Value

We also offer the option to extend your cover to include an "Agreed Value" for your car: therefore guaranteeing that the full value of your classic car will be taken into account in the event of a claim.

You can obtain an online quote for agreed value cover today based on your perception of the current value of the car. Before taking out the policy, however, we will require you to supply 5 colour photographs of the vehicle to help our expert valuation team to validate the car's replacement cost.
