We refund payments which any person, using any vehicle covered by the policy, has made under the Road Traffic Acts for emergency treatment. If we make a payment under this section of the policy, this does not affect your no-claim discount.

What is not covered?

Any person covered by the policy who does not keep to the terms, exceptions and conditions stated in the policy documents.
