RAC’s Audi contact centre has been recognised as a centreof excellence by the Customer Contact Association (CCA).
Following a two-day assessment, the contact centre –responsible for Audi customer services; support for technicianswithin Audi dealerships and roadside assistance under the Audimanufacturer scheme – was awarded the CCA accreditation:standard framework of best practice for third party and managedrelationships (outsourcing).
In operation for the past decade, RAC’s Audi contact centrewas judged on various criteria, including customer focus,operational effectiveness, staff recruitment and retention,training and development and compliance with regulations andlegislation.
Alistair McMillan, Audi centre manager at RAC, says: “Withcontact centres often getting bad press, achieving thisaccreditation shows that it’s still possible to attain thehighest standards of customer service and satisfaction forcustomers and colleagues.
“For our customers, this accolade shows that they aredealing with a top quality organisation and, for staff, it cementsour position as being employers of choice.”
RAC’s Audi contact centre employs 140 different people andis one of the largest dedicated centres within the company.
