Norwich Union has expanded its property team by providing the largest number of regional consultants.
The team of seven property consultants are based throughout the UK, from Scotland and Northern Ireland, to Wales and the South and offer specialist knowledge in both residential and commercial property owner insurance.
Spending half their time with brokers and half with customers, the consultants advise on a range of services and products aimed at private individuals, property-owning companies, property management companies, residents' or common hold associations and financial institutions.
George Berrie, trading director for Norwich Union, said: "As one of the UK's leading property insurers, we wanted to expand our expertise to the regions, providing brokers and customers with a dedicated contact who knows and really understands this market.
"Our regional property consultants are an extension of our already established London Property Owner insurance specialists, European property market experts and our team of Norwich Union Risk Services' consultants, who together continue to deliver tailored insurance, coupled with risk management advice."
