Norwich Union has announced the appointment of three new agencies to work on business to consumer activity across its Norwich Union Direct, Life and Healthcare brands, following a recent review of its marketing operations.

Craik Jones and WDMP have been appointed to work on the Norwich Union Direct (NUD) brand, whilst Hicklin Slade and incumbent TDA will work alongside Craik Jones on the Norwich Union Life (NUL) business.

Kittcatt Nohr (KKN) will continue to work on the Norwich Union Healthcare (NUHC) brand alongside WDMP.

Commenting on the appointments, Heather Smith, head of marketing, Norwich Union, said: "We are delighted to announce the appointments of these agencies to our roster. We were impressed with each agency's ideas and visual creativity and believe they will be able to help us deliver hard working direct marketing across our various brands.

"We'll continue to work with our current agencies TDA and Kittcatt Nohr, who have a proven track record of delivering results in the past and will complement our new agency partnerships."
