We transferred to Norwich Union from BUPA because we considered the Norwich offered us, as husband and wife, a more flexible rate. We must also add that service from BUPA in the past 20+ years was, in our estimate, spot on.

However, my recent experience with yourselves was, I consider, most prompt, courteous and very, very helpful from the outset.

Approving the consultation with surgeon - operation - final consultation was, in my opinion, dealt with by your staff in a most courteous and efficient manner and accounts were settled promptly.

Once again, thank you for your efficient service, it certainly eased much of my concern regarding my operation.
