Scuba Diving Insurance

This additional option extends Section B - Medical and Associated Expenses, Section C - Hospital Benefit and Section D - Abandonment of the travel insurance policy to cover scuba diving.

Scuba Diving cover can be added for the duration of your trip with our Single Trip travel insurance policy, or if you select our Annual Multi-trip travel insurance policy you will be covered for up to 21 days during the year.

What is included?

By paying an extra premium your policy will be extended to provide you with cover for Medical and Associated Expenses following accidental injury or illness while you are scuba diving during your trip (so long as you are accompanied by a qualified diving instructor or dive master who must hold a current certification by a recognised diving body such as PADI, NAUI, BSAC, SAA, DIWI and SSI; and do not exceed the maximum depth for which you are qualified, but not more than 30m).
