Injury to you or to your partner
Vehicle accidents are upsetting enough, so be reassured that you are covered with our comprehensive van insurance.
What is covered - Injury to you or to your partner
This cover is only available as part of Comprehensive insurance cover. Your partner refers to your partner or your husband or wife providing they live at the same address as you and share financial responsibilities with you. This does not include any business partners or associates.
If you or your partner suffer accidental bodily injury in direct connection with your van, we pay the injured person or their legal personal representative £2,500 if, within three months of the accident, the injury is the only cause of:
- death
- permanent loss of sight in one or both eyes
- loss of any arm or leg
The most we pay any one person after any accident is £2,500.
The most we pay any one person during any one period of insurance is £5,000.
If you or your partner have any other policies with us for any other vehicle or vehicles, you will only be able to get compensation for your injuries under one policy.
What isn't covered - Injury to you or to your partner
- Items listed in General Exclusions
- corporate organisations or firms
- death or bodily injury arising from suicide or attempted suicide
- anyone who is 75 or older at the time of the accident
