Public and Products Liability
Public and products liability is wide ranging, from managing the risk of injury to a member of the public or a customer whilst on your premises to an injury by your business activities or the carelessness of one of your employees. It could also include liability arising from your employees causing damage to third party property. Additionally, a product you have sold could cause injury to the purchaser or another user, or damage to their property. In such circumstances it is possible that you could face a claim for damages and compensation from the purchaser or user.

Health and Safety Training
RoSPA offer an extensive range of safety training courses, ranging from one-day Risk Assessment training, to accredited qualifications from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH). Their courses can be delivered virtually or in classroom face-to-face style in-house within your organisation.
